If the mods actually took the time to look into these welchers list, I can guarantee you ALOT of people on D2 wouldn't of gotten scammed, because they would lock them welchers in the first place.

Let's look at this this way.

Gubers, and leveling services, can be done trough a Trusted agency. Which means if you use that trusted service, you won't ever get scammed.

I see these Trusted services the same as our lists. Use them list / mediators, and play safely, without any risks.

So why take these lists out? To welcome more scammers?

Yes, alot did that. If they were locked at the first place, nobody would of gotten scammed on D2.
