I also think it would be a good idea for the first trade post if your selling items on ne other trade forum cause i hate keeping tabs on items that you sell and forget to go back and edit then you have to go though the whole thread this drives me nuts and it would cut down on the spam in the thread so you dont have to repost your ft list (mainly just d2 forums im talking about) and that can be the first thing ppl see instead of scrolling though and finding if they still have this item for trade if there is 40+ posts
