How about : Use minimum resources from your computer to listen to radio?
You don't need to install anything.
The only problem is the bandwidth.

i didnt think it takes up so much resources to listen to radio. But does this mean instead of taking up a little of your pcs resources, we take up site bandwidth instead?

As i said, as long as this addiition wouldn't hurt the site load, it'd be good.
As for pc resources..think of a computer restricted to some applications ( not that a normal pc wouldn't support an independant player).
