The system we have now seems to work out just fine for me a no sorry.

It would be nice to see some others on this site get a trusted tag of some sort. I dont like the idea that it seems to be limited to how much you donate in fg and not so much on the good deeds or how helpful you are...too much like congress if you ask me. I am game for an overhaul...

there are already pple that are known to be trusted, they dont need a tag to prove it

I voted 3rd option. There could be something like reputation points or something, where after a successful trade you could rate the user. Yeah, you could argue that this would be abused, and I would probably agree with you.

There could be something like a new rank labeled Friendly or something of the sorts. Idk, just a few thoughts I had.

A system of + or - karma.
You are aloud to place your one option on each player.
You may change it if you like.
A drop down that you put GM +1 or BM -1 in everyones profile.

Of course it would take some tweaking. Maybe you could put a limit so that you could only put 1 + or - per day. I'm sure there would be some bugs to work out...but I'm also sure we could get them all worked out.

I think this is only reasonable. The system for acquiring tags seems a little too "corrupt secret society" to me.

I also think that users should be able to petition for the demotion of mods who aren't doing their job fairly. Maybe even contest a warn kind of like taking it to court and having a jury made up of users.

As much as I would like to see all this, I bet we will NEVER see this happen.
