could this be a good idea when the feature is abused to close the topic where the author failed to receive an offer, and repost the same stuff to get around early bump rule?
no thanks.
Why would they repost when they can just early bump their own thread? They dont need to close.
Or can just but a closing counter as to how many of their post can be closed daily.

voted yes, would be a great idea for cutting down spam, and to those who say they would just close & repost.. then just report the thread for early repost after closed thread.. would also cut down on mods having to go back to same post again and again for people spamming it

How about if it was amended? What if it was a request to have it closed? Like the med q. Someone would see a topic needed to be closed and could. NN pm's.The button ofc, would only be available to the topic maker.
