In order to fool someone, you first need to gain their trust. No, I don't trust someone for giving me money. It takes more than that, on a personal level.
On suggestion: It'd make it a lot easier to give services to people, and I'm confident most traders are wise enough to understand the consequences of trading on a forum like this. I don't believe a tag should be required to host services, as it is not my trust placed in the member with a tag - it is the administrators/moderators trust.
