There are cases in which other users contribute to locking a scammer. This would work against this.

topicreator / accused /approved helper /mediator +
all others cannot post

Well if you have enough proof you wouldnt have to defend yourself by getting vouchs.



They can easily post that theyve been scammed also in there own topic.

I don't mean defending your accusation. I mean if you are the person who is accused of a scam, then you need to be able to post. You said "The way I see this being stopped is the same way that its stopped in multi report thread, you cannot post there unless you work for that forum / the one who posted." So you are trying to take away the right for users to defend themselves. No thanks.

nope, that would prevent the user who is being accused from posting in the thread.

i'm not talking about them defending themself with vouches. I'm talking about the person who is being accused posting in their own defense. They are allowed to do so and your new "no spam" method would stop them from doing that.

/edit. I have a feeling it would also lead to an increase of separate posts made by people who are accused trying to defend themselves.
