it'd be the same as requesting something else. you'd post asking for a loan, if someone wants to respond, good for them, now at their own risk.
But obviously you wouldnt loan to someone who looks like a multi.

i dont know why youre still talking about mediators. On top of that, even if meds were used, they wouldnt be locked for mediating it, there is no logic in even thinking about locking a mediator for mediating something like that.

The market value for the items used as collateral change at all times. So the collateral would be worthless.
Only people that can view gold logs are moderators, so that's just more work for them to determine whether it was actually a loan or just a donation.
The idea is for a forum for proof of loan. Hence clearing up the confusion of "loan or just a donation"
