I don't see how things are clear to you. If you saw that, you wouldn't know whether to PM him first, and confirm it was alright, then send him the gold, or to send him the gold with the comment of a name change. There are so many possibilities that lead others to post asking how to do so. If you look in the General Help, there are at least 5+ requests in the first few pages.
