well it's the matter with those inactive accounts that have warn. they still sent their request automatically...hence it doesn't save the staff any time, rather opposite

If you want your warn removed, you can spends 2 minutes to request it to be done.

its your own fault when you recive warn, its a punishment for bad behaviour.
if you want to get rid of it, you have to do something for it.
would lose the sense, if it will be automatically removed.
