locked members have to show that they are able to trade without breaking rules by trading items vs items if they want to get unlocked...
so they would have no chance if they would be restricted from trade forums.

also, they can post to sell items to repay scams.

locked members need to pay back their previous scams before they get their reps back neways.... if they scammed items for fg or items for fg and hasnt payed the scam back and doesnt plan on paying the scam back whose to say they wont scam item vs item?

This site does give far too many chances though. Perhaps a "three strikes; you're out" rule. What I mean by that is, if someone is caught scamming three times, whether it be on the same account or a multi, they get perma banned from trading sections or the site all together. If someone truly wants to change their ways they will usually do it the first time around; maybe the second. When it becomes a commonplace for someone to scam, chances are no matter how many times you say, "Maybe it'll be different this time", they aren't going to change.

People who scam either scammed item for fg, and in which case they kept the item and still have the fg, in order to pay that scam back u either give back the fg (which is alrdy locked) or give the item to them. if ppl scam fg for items, then they got an item and still have the fg they were going to pay for the item only its locked. inwhich case inorder to pay back the scam they need to give the fg or give the item back..... if they transfered their fg in order to keep the fg unlocked on a multi, then why the fuck should they be allowed in the trade forums neways?

everyone may use mediator for trading with locked members.
and scamming in an item vs item trade is much harder than scamming in an item vs fg trade.

At Trading Grounds Locked members still can trade items for items, and this is a secure way to trade.
