Ok so heres my way to get multys banned. Its to see what ip adress they have and if they have same ip adress they gets a warn and if they cant explaine they ge banned! =P
No because some people will have the same IP address and will have no relation to the other person.
And warning them for if they say well they might just have the same IP is bullshit.
