I know 70 kb and 72 kb isn't a huge difference, but still, rules say 70 KB max, anything over 70 shouldn't be tolerated.
Because, 70 is max, yet they tolerate 72, therefore 72 is allowed. So what if you have 73, are they gonna tolerate it because it's only 1 kb over the allowed 72 kb?
