I'm not sure, by aint there guild notes and such likely? PMs aint needed.

Not all pms would go through. And it would affect the site load. If you need to get a message to all guildies, make a guild forum or use the guild note box. If they don't read it, are you sure you want inactive members in your guild? I wouldn't.
