You can't simply ignore, this idea doesn't hurt and this is an excellent "first aid" we can use...

No, thread posters might just end up blocking responses that they don't like instead of actual spam, examples:

The items being sold here are stolen
Don't get ripped off the price guide places these at 1/2 his price
Don't repost this 30 seconds after it was closed
This seller is a scammer
