Only issue i could find it people trying to get wround it by saying p3rm'ed etc, but i think 80% of the topic titles useing these words are by people that didnt know it was banned

Side Related Sugestion#2: I believe ive seen this been done before, but im not 100% sure, when typing your topic title you cannot type Alt symbol, just doesnt show up
Issue for this would be people posting it in there topic copy and pasting it into there title

Maybe make a filter that gives an ok for your topic or not, lets say you type:
more than 3 symbols in a row -> not allowed, change topic title
offer ut -> not allowed, change topic title
duped -> not allowed, change topic title
permed -> not allowed, change topic title
? ? ? ? -> not allowed, change topic title
same filter would scan the description
