When you " buy " a custom rank, your buying it for the guild leader, not yourself. The leader can kick you whenever he feels like it without refunding your rank. Moderation wouldn't be needed, as you don't own it in the first place.

I see what your saying but metal is right, also why would you be in a guild where the leader would even consider doing that?
