When I edited the guild charter I thought it was a glitch and I immediatly closed it and never used it and just used the coding manually.

It is very annoying and ugly not really sure its purpose either so I vote yes

Wow I just went and checked that... it's really annoying! I never noticed that before because I always just do it manually...

This definitely needs to be fixed.
