That's an example of someone scamming FG that was a loan for him and he gets let off with a clean slate.

Suggestion:

I think the mod team should have the right to lock people that scam loans especially if it's not their first offense. That guy owes 2 other people FG from 2 years ago.. (I ofc. didn't know that until after I sent it) With that much proof that the loan took place and he didn't pay it, I think he should be requested for a scammer tag or even group: lose tbh would be fair enough..

Maybe if they had no proof or something about the loan I can understand nothing happening to them.. but come on now.

If rules don't get changed in a positive way, at least make them 100% ILLEGAL so scams like this don't happen ever again.

And better thank before, who you lend fg.

Only lend fg to a person where you have personal trust, or know him in real life

Edit : I do agree with Dark though, Dont be giving out loans to people that you cant trust, Just to make a profit.

the only way you could offically do this i presume is that use a med.
have med wright a contaract thingy, have both 'sign' it or agree, then who ever doesnt follow up on it is obv a scammer= lock/ losered

the only way a loan system could work on jsp (that is something which could be looked in re scamming) would be if loans would be made legal (that is an agreed method to get forum gold) and the loan transfers be only done via a mediator so that there is a formal record of getting/paying back a loan
while i have grave doubt that a loan system will be agreed to, try making a suggestion proposing to establish one
until something like this in place (you might rather consider establishing one in the guild) it is asking really too much to have all loans small or great followed up
because i feel that it is really something like a scam i will NULL rather than say NO as this suggestion is
