A non trusted tag, non admin tag, couldn't have the exact same name as njaguar, diff profile and friends etc.
The only thing they can copy is his fg / posts / sig / ava

it's called using a screen shot of a trusted users mini profile and using it as your avy, trust me I know all about it. people are stupid enough to get scammed when a 1 post day old member uses a avatar of a s/s of a tt user with 10k fg/10k posts. not really that hard. no

If they think somebody with 1 post has a trusted tag and admin tag and all that, then how can we help them?
They'd get scammed one way or another.
We tell them to use medi's, even if it is a trusted tag or higher.
How will the new users get 1.5k fg to change the name to that?
And why would an old 03 member want to get locked for doing something so stupid?

/e what is the problem with minime's post? he has a valid point there... but I think you're right, if someone wants to lose 1500 fg by changing his name to something offensive, let them do it, paul will look at the logs anyway and can undo those

I posted in donor forum because people like to spam the same thing over and over in every thread.
"NO" isn't a really good reason to vote no.
I'm sure the only people who would use the name for bad is when they hate somebody and want to get them in trouble, and will do anything to get them locked.
For example, some old user got warned for spamming east by texazon.
So for revenge, they make the name "Texazom" and try to scam people and blame it on him.

Other than that, it's completly usefull for people who dont want to wait.

No one should have been offended by what I said, I was merely making a valid point.

So you couldn't say "a really offensive name" why?
People will say names that really shouldn't be said on the forums at all, in site suggestions.
I dont want that to happen.
I want mature, real , reasons.
And hopefully without bad words
