Highly annoying to see thieves come back with their scammer tag, especially if the victims have to see them constantly.

If someone is scammer/locked, they should lose their rights period until paid back, let them only post in the payback forum.
D2j has way to many of these locked/scammer tagged people posting.

If they did someone or people wrong enough to get the tag, they should lose all rights until such time they resolve their scam(s)

Disagree mostly with the fact that they need to conduct trades with a payback mediator if they are willing to pay.

Agree with the fact that most of them are annoying and not attempting to payback, so I think they shouldn't be allowed to post in any forum that doesn't have to do with trading, and only be allowed to put up for trade posts and not post in other people's posts or iso anything.

There's also a banned status for those people who don't deserve to post anywhere on the forums.

You have a valid point, I wish I could edit the poll to put that in there. Which would be totally acceptable in my opinion. But it should be posting strictly to get payed back. the rest of the forums should be off limits

No. People change and even upon payback it is still a process. If they are scammer tagged, they're not going to be able to scam FG. Furthermore, this site has a lot more than just trading. There's no reason to remove social capabilities due to scamming in a game. That is what banning is for, and warn.

well they can post in other people's posts due to fulfilling other people's iso threads, so it might not work even if prohibited. I think then they should just be restricted to forums with trade capabilities and not off-topic or donor forum

I don't know, if you get caught stealing for real, they remove you from the streets and there usually is some sorta payback

You're comparing allowing a video game scammer to conversate in forums to allowing real life criminals to leave prison? You can't oversimplify it with an analogy like that. These users that bother you so much could just as easily make a multi and post from that and you wouldn't even notice the difference. If a scammer posting a comment bothers you that much, the problem might be on your end. If a post is breaking rules, report it. Otherwise, get over it. Their traded status and gold status shouldn't influence your opinion on their post.
