when originally written back to back would mean 1 after the other with no other posts in between...otherwise the latter would have been instigated or is it just how he wrote it??


seems alot of people post in general help... not knowing why they get a post shut... could this make it clearer making the mods job easier by not having as many reports to read...???

i agree, as said in general help that "back to back" doesnt mean anything tbh, if topics get closed when you post twice in less than 4 hours, just write it like that:

Back to back just means continuous replies from your side to other people, we have pms for this

its not needed. its like writing:

"one is not allowed to make loud noises during the night, when the sun isnt up." its perfectly logical that the sun isnt up during the night cause thats the definition of a "night". in this case, "back to back" only adds confusion because most people dont know what it means, and its not needed because the sentence has EXACTLY the same meaning without it.

"Posting 2 posts in one thread before 4 hours." - if we would have that in rules, that would be even more confusing since it would mean this is also a violation:

1. I post
2. another user posts 30 minutes after
3. I post 30 minutes after him telling him his offer is not acceptable

That would be confusing, back to back posts is pretty self explanatory, no need for change.

sooo...thats not a violation? man, a shitload of topics got closed for writing like that, even though you say its okay if this is the case, then teach the "lesser mods" to not close topics when people do this
