I think there should be a suspension logs to view why one was suspended from the site, and when it was.

Obviously, it's personal info so other people can't view it - but I think it's just as relevant as warnings...ish

you can see why you were given warn and the thread you recieved it from already by clicking on your %

in my case I was suspended a bit longer than three days for my first offense (apparently you could see a nipple on a hermoine granger pic i posted..)

I did. I think, as it's for personal info, it's pointless. The rules seem pretty straitforward. During/ after recent suspensions, you should already know the why. What purpose would it serve you to see the reason behind an old suspension?

The exact same reason you have a warn log - to know what you did wrong, to have a reference that shows what you did wrong, and to have some sort of reminder not to do it again.

For instance, getting suspended for a bad word or something - wouldn't you want to know what word it was that caused offence to ensure you don't say it again?

If you get suspended for something (other than hitting the word filter), you get a PM.. so you already know..
If you get suspended for the word filter, or something like that, you should know what it was.. I'd say 99% of the time, people know exactly what they said.

If you want to avoid getting suspended for the word filter, just don't say any bad words
