Well I'm not sure how recent the rule was added but apparantly now you are allowed to sell diablo 2 accounts & character names, but we still cannot sell runescape accounts. Obviously recovering the account would be the only downfall to this. People recover accounts on diablo 2 as well.. I feel like we should be allowed to sell runescape accounts IF:

There is no bank pin
There is no e-mail set
There is no recovery questions set
There is no membership left

All of these can be viewed on the main page when you log in runescape, so screenshots would be required proving all of this.

I don't think it should be allowed to sell a Diablo 2 account either but I feel as though if they can sell their Diablo 2 accounts I should be allowed to sell my Runescape account.

That was said with diablo accounts and char names. Also was said with people non trusted tagged offering services. Was said with uber leveling. Was said with selling things for fg. What changed? Why is it different now?
