Hi everyone!

I think the "Scammer accusation forum" should renew the rules about posting there.
What i exactly mean is not only to post when you got allready scammed, an attempted scam is also a scam!
Unperm as perm seller should get locked with enough evidence, or some people who is still to tard to sell unperm as perm (like the case i will post soon here) should get instand lock/ban, and not just a verbal warn

Without the clashtest on this trade, i would loose 6000 fg, but they don't care until i really lost 6000 fg, since an attempted scam is not a scam.

Voted yes, an attempt to scam should also be a lockable offense.
The unperm business is tricky though and users should only be locked if there is good proof and enough users with the same proof.

Also I never got scammed b4 but still voted yes

Agreed....if I "attempt" to rob a store im still going to jail.....

A scammer is not guilty, until proven.. am I right?
Attempts will never be concidered as scamms. Simply dont trade obviously duped/unperm items, as it is hard to prove that something has poofed.

Whats the difference between trading an unperm bugbelt with a mediator or without?
Sometimes it takes months until the item poofs
And there are many mass known unperm as perm sellers still selling unperms arround

You take a risk because you want to take a risk.

An attempted scam cannot be a scam.. since the crime has not been comitted.
If you think that somebody wants to scam you.. simply leave game or use a Mediator.
