this is one of the rules in trading rules. i think this should also cover non-ladder as there are so many imports. i think they should not be able to be traded on this site.

excuse me? if you look at the rules, it says not to sell on ladder, but it seems nl is ok. im saying to make it not ok on both. just wow.

Imports = transfering Old ladder or n-l items back to ladder.
(this happens during the short time between the new patch update/resets)
once there on n-l its not considered an import anymore.

and sorry for that but iv seen alot fo your suggestions, not once have i voted yes for them.

nothing wrong with keeping them. even if someone has those you can still kill them with regular gear 0.0

As for the items themselves, I see no harm in them being tradeable; to be quite honest, I don't even have a problem with duped / hacked item trades on ladder. If people planned to sell you unperm stuff by lying to you, it's not like you'd know either way and this may only be the way for someone to rid themselves of unperm items that they have, whereas if someone is able to tell you that the item is unperm, then no harm done as far as I'm concerned.

I think people should have the freedom to buy what they want, but in doing so, take full responsibility for what happens to it. If people arn't happy with taking responsibility, then they shouldn't buy the item, simple as that.

So, in short, no.

actually tbh i think this is a good idea.
