I definitely agree that it would be useful, unfortunately people will abuse it.

just a call for mass spam/advertusement

if anywhere outside of d2jsp went by those standards than almost nothing would be allowed.

let me make a few examples.

people would abuse the internet by pirating.
people would abuse alcohol by getting really drunk and hurting people.
people would abuse student loans by buying drugs with the money.

Except the difference is, jsp can be controlled to an extent (by not implementing this). You can't control everyone in the world.

my point is. there are ways to control the abusers without completely disregarding all the people who use the things legitimately
