Tinychat, should be allowed to post, it's a great way to get to know ppl on jsp, and maybe not everywhere, but maybe in certain forums?

No, because i've got no idea what tiny chat is, but i'm assuming its some sort of IM thing, Which i think the built in instant messenger is fine
