If u press the "Auto-Bump" button will be bump each 4h automatically

The function could be request X fg each topic "Auto-Bump'ed" or X fg each "Auto-Bump"

This could be useful for ppl that don't stay much time on Pc or ppl than can't bump each 4h for any reason
