For anyone voting you should include your reason why so everyone can understand why you feel that way.

I just think its a great idea to have a gg name without it being taken by an inactive account. Not to mention conserves a little server space.

There are damn good account names that have been inactive for ridiculous amounts of time, and have never posted a single thing. Think about it, they need to be recycled.

Account recylcling is not the way to go, nor will it ever be approved.

I mean... It would be nice if it would happen, but admins can't justify the removal of an account because someone wants the name.

EDIT: The removal of banned accounts I can see, because there is no second party involved anymore. The account is just banned and abandoned.
