A good idea on paper... but in actuality it would just be a mess.

It would be so easy to abuse. You and your guildies or whatever group of friends etc have a grudge, or are playing a joke on somebody? They just go to the persons thread and all click report regardless if its a legitimate report. The only way you could stop this is by making false reports a warnable offense... Then you have more work to due, writing out warns and having them appealed - where would you draw the line? "Oh I thought that x was against the rules (bullshit alibi)"...

It ends up causing more trouble then reducing IMO.

Also doesn't necessarily make notice of more urgent matters... It just gives more attention to the most viewed places (escl ladder i think, 400+ there on a good day) and neglect others.
