So I see the donor forum typically flooded with up to 50% spam posts all the time. Almost 99% of the time, a "Welcome XXXX to the donor forums!!!" post on the front page.

What is the point? its so stupid. and it takes up the space for legitimately interesting and useful posts.

yes, it's annoying. but to some people its an accomplishment, and they want to save the thread for their "proud" folder.

i see no harm in it really.. there is never any arguments in them, nor flaming of any sort.

but you cant flame in a welcome post, thats just a total douchebag thing to do.

thats like posting "he didnt deserve it!" in a "NEW TT" thread. its just uncool.

I don't see a problem with it. They usually die down after a while. What I have a problem with is the "funny" youtube posts that make you die a little on the inside by watching it.

We should remove all posts from the donor forum.
Only posts by Schlag should be allowed to stick around, assuming they're not overly biased political threads.

Everyone has different tastes in posts.
Some people like youtube videos..
Some people like welcome threads..
Some love politics..
