Users with 70% or greater warn have no access to their warn logs

The "General Help" forum is constantly filled with topics from people with 70% + warn asking when they are eligible for removal / what they were warned for / etc.
It would eliminate a lot of topics.

Personally, I think that the new warn system is just ....
I was at 70% warn, went to 0%, got a warn for helping kids make money.
I posted a legit and legal survey site for kids that play rs, to be able to afford $5 for membership.
The removal date is redicilous.

If you reached 70%, chances are that you are an idiot, ignorant, arrogant, or just need to have your account deleted.

I'm sure there is a reason why they cannot, but I do not know that reason. And for now, I think it would be good if they could view their warn log.
So I am voting yes.

It has at least twice. I have the longest d2jsp warning log in existance, and I tried damn hard for it.

i think it would be nice to have a warn related FAQ in help documents, with links to
1. the current warning center for less than 70% users
2. the warn removal request sticky for 70+% users

but i'm neutral about warning center access by 70+% users. they have wasted 6x opportunities to improve their behaviour since their first warn, before disabled from the feature...

I vote yes.

- What harm does it cause for someone to view his warn profile? I don't really see any downside for allowing them to see it.

- Waste of mods time. They have better things to do than post someones warns log every time they request it.

- Creates un-needed topics in general help forum.
