Users that reach 70% warn or more no longer have access to their profile or pms.
A users warn log is considered part of their profile.

My suggestion is to separate it from the profile.
So that even if they have 70% + they can still view their warns & also have access to request removal..

The "General Help" forum is constantly filled with topics from people with 70% + warn asking when they are eligible for removal / what they were warned for / etc.
It would eliminate a lot of topics.

its good too see how peaple are here at jsp if they not are nice they get warns so i think that it should be keeped on

viewing warns should be always be available, regardless of warn %.
