Ok well i keep getting warnings from meds/mods for post up ul and my leveling service, and imo that really gay. The services that are offer'd by meds/mods are way over priced and heres the perfect example of that.

Mine's like so much cheaper than his and i have lots of people who come to me with jobs, i know it's not allowed but not alot of people can afford the fg that trust'd tag'd users charge for there services. (Not alot of Rich people on jsp, im trying to help out the poorer part of jsp with is most of jsp)

So i think you shouldnt be required to have a trusted tag to offer services, cause only like 1-2 tag'd users offer the services and there all over priced.

Just post up like accept at your own risk and whatever.

If it's untagged it's at your own risk, I don't think there should be warning and restrictions on people running them though.

i agree with you 100% they are overpriced but ya know what u get exactly what u pay for when u buy w/ trusted tag no bs! i still run my ul's i love my uls to death i love my leechers too if sumthing goes wrong i always gieb 100% full refunds cuz i want my peepl to like my uls not pick them apart and never come back! who cares if they pm u just keep running ur uls as long as u got peepl that enjoi ur uls and are willing to pay i say more power to ya what are mods gunna do steal ur torch? no close ur thread thats it!

It should be at the trader's risk... just like ANY OTHER TRADE. Requirement for a trusted-trader tag for services makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
A person should not have to have a trusted-trader tag to offer services.

I personaly think it's rediculous, as I've spun/BWed for some of the best (And some of the worst), and find that we can provide just as good, if not better services than these 'trusted' ones. What I propose is getting some of these meds together and showing them what we can do, instead of letting them hog all the glory. I've seen those in here with hella post counts, and serious ammounts of FG, yet do they even come close to qualifying for a 'trusted' tag? Further,ore, how many hoops do you have to jump through to GET that tag? This disallowed services thing reall makes the whole concept of Uber leveling for Fun and Profit... well... not fun OR profitable.

It all comes down to some superior people controlling the market. They don't care about what is right or wrong - it's a monopoly and that's why it won't change.

getting proof for a service scam is much harder than proof for an item scam.

Thats why they should say Do at your own Risk

or something among those lines.

well, for other trades you can use a mediator. getting a mediator for d2 services would be hard...
rules will not be changed just because many users break them.
