imo it should because why bump a post once a day?
people are early bumping alot because of the 4hour bump rule.
4 hours is a long time. and then because of early bumping is causing topics to close and people have to wait 1 hour to post without getting a warn
imo the four hour bump rule should be lowered.

Yes it should be at least 2 hours. It should be 4 hours.

People wil early bump even if its still 2 hours. Doesn't solve anything, people are impatient creatures, there will be early bumps as long as there is a bump rule. Even if the early bump rule was 5 min it would be broken.
