Whenever a thread is locked instead of just why it was locked i think it should show which med/mod locked it.

I think that locked, trashed, deleted, moved threads are at discretion to the Mod team. Voted no.

No , ppl that made the spam thread will just rage / flame that mod
for doing thier job .

the thread starter is able to see why the thread was locked. i dont think the reason why it was locked should be public.

and about the moderator who locked it... should stay private too.

Why would they rage/spam? They would just get in even more trouble.

So you think its right that meds get to sit behind a wall of anonymity?

Mods = moderate the forums.

And yes, it's right.
I'm pretty sure most of them would rather leave a thread be, instead of locking it, if their name was shown.

Also, if you think your thread was locked for no reason, you can pm a moderator on that section and ask what is wrong/ask them to unlock it. It doesn't have to be the mod who closed the thread.
I have done that a few times.

Not going to happen.
