It's becoming painfully obvious that WAYYYY too many scammers who get locked and banned are making multies and getting them locked but still trying to trade (item for item) some ppl for example try trading "perms" w/ good history and vouches but r switching out the perms for unperms and scamming even when they r alrdy locked, my suggestion is that locked members be banned from posting, veiwing, or even entering a trade forum.

Yes and then they will keep checking ip adress, just like yours phil and keep locking ur multies, nd keep making it so they cant trade, nd btw, if they make a multi the multi will have 08 j/d and 0 posts before they try to sell the perm. and in order to get a vouch from the person they got it from they'd have to expose who they are rofl. so ofc the only person to vote against it is a locked member LOL. whose trying to sell a swapped out unperm bmana as we speak.

Some ppl have been locked cuz of keyloggers and they havent really scammed, or they are only under investagation.
And for those who really scammed, i think they can change.
Banning all of them of the trading grounds would not be fair.

People change? i realise that i didnt say bar them from the site completely, just ban them from the trade forums like useast useast ladder and the other major ones, if they want to get rid of lock/scammer tag they can use the why am i locked section cant they? nd work it out w/ the person they scammed/mediator via pms...

Temp locked ppl shouldnt even be on jsp until their case is sorted out. again, if your locked u cant spend forum gold so why do u need the trade forums, situations like that can be sorted out in the why am i locked section of the site.
