What's a crush?
Crush or classic rush means a rush pre-expansion a.k.a. classic so that you can skip act 5 during the rush (that includes bumpers and level requirements).
Once you're in hell can convert your char to expansion to be able to play like usual.
Due to the crush's nature Druids and Assassins cannot be crushed since they didn't exist pre-expansion.

How to do it?
When creating a char, click on the "Pre-expansion" label.
Once the crush is done, convert the char to expansion (the circular arrow next to "delete char").

Prices: prices are decided by the number of chars in the game at the start of the run excluding staff
Crushes are to act 4 hell
1 char : 80fg
2chars :70fg
3chars : 60fg
4+ chars : 50fg
private crushes are at the same price

If you want quests as well it's 20fg for the entire party (not per char)
these quests are:
act 2 q 1
act 3 q 4
act 4 q 1
act 5 q 1
act 5 q 3

Quick tips:
In Act 2: once you have the viper amulet => talk to drognan
In Act 2: you don't have to be present during the fight with Duriel, you just need to talk to tyrael at the end
Don't forget to pick up the quests items
If you plan on converting at the end => act 3 and act 4 in hell will be in expansion since it's way faster

to change servers: on the battle.net app click on the planet icon just above the button you click to launch the game
