If 30+ Ringers get an IP but some don't, why aren't excess SoJs just refunded to those that did not get an IP? No reason they should be liquidated and spread out amongst those who get Annis if some did not. There's no reason at all for this to be as "gambley" as it's made out to be.

You should have seen what this started as. This is 10000% better than the original concept. Worst case scenario is that you have a 25% to lose your sojs for nothing. The problem is that people could still lie about not finding an anni but I bet most people would tell the truth. Not a bad idea honestly.

I would imagine to protect against people lying and taking back SOJs when they got a game.Or if some people just aren't good at finding an IP
