With the exact same item ID? I guess I could be wrong. Perming just gives it the newest number and if the other one isn’t permed before leaving the game it will poof.

Isn't an easy way to solve this is for him to provide proof of purchasing 5/5 blue facets?
It looks like the other ones have the same color and type of facets, suggesting it is a dupe (along with same defense). He's claiming he bought it clean and socketed it himself, which would lend more credibility to it just coincidentally being the same defense.
I can't find any thread of his searching or trading for a 5/5 facet so maybe he can provide fg log proof.

look, this guy has a 135 def with a durability of 86 as well. he must have duped ONLY the dura part of the jmod, and imported a difference def on it

duped items only poofed when you leave the game. but if you perm it in the trade window, it wont poof. so they could easily show 2 jmods at the same time.

the 2nd to leave just need to perm aswell and it won't poof
