Does it spawn on all servers I wounder?

Not sure if this is relevant. My screen shook like when you get quest @ shenk. I was teleporting to Andy at the time in hell and literally killed every elite I could find in hopes that dclone would pop. Maybe the it doesn't message anymore and instead shakes?

Well it sucks, because I gained no more knowledge than I already had on this issue, and lost 2 sojs rip.

like an info on the commandline options to skip intro or something like that?

I have a better idea:
Maybe only the seller sees the sell-notification and the new count.

You should try and give a soj to another player in another game and check if the count shown to him is your's +1.
And if you want to check it even further after that, you should do the same, swapping regions.
