perfect dex roll but too many prefixes. needs to have three suffixes and one prefix.

each single res is one prefix, attack rating is a prefix, dex is a suffix

crafted rings have up to four affixes with a max of 3 suffixes or 3 affixes. in other words, you can't have a crafted ring with four suffixes, which is kinda sadge because str, dex, rep and 9 min damage would be like.. too sexy for our current paradigm, especially with up to 20 life from the blood ring's innate mods (1-5 str, 10-20 life, 1-3 life steal.)
