It's one of the best possible rings for a 102fcr Hybrid/Ghost Assassin. The other alternative would be 10fcr/120AR/15Dex/9Rep/90Mana/Res.

I think there was a melee ring a couple of months ago that sold for a similar amount. (70K+ anyway). Melan and some chinese trader had a bid war over it if i recall right.
