Not even though, why would someone pay 3+k for this ring? ar/life/mana rolls aren't that rare, there are rings you can get for a fraction of the price. If someone is willing to pay multiple thousands for 20 cold res on a ring, they are either rich or really don't understand how to maximize utility from other cheaper items.

A smart pvp char would just have 20/11s for way cheaper in stash if they really need to stack that cold res instead of dropping 4k on this ring.
