If you have more points than usual you're a lot more likely to punch through

yep I tested this in maxroll, perf df does about 2k more at lvl 50 blizz. just can't beat it.

cold is better

can get the ultimate cold dmg build with this thing, crazy sva es or even svs non es, but that 1 pt es is pretty special, lol
