You would have to replace +str or +dex, but you don't want to do that on a bvc. Each point of VIT is +4 HP, which means e.g. 14 dex -> 56 life, which is better than a perfect life stat (+40).

But in BVC the dex is useless right? You aren't using PB you are using Zerker axes which are covered by Torch and anni.

This is effectively a very good 4-affix ring (granted, perfect str and AR, 1-off perfect @).

Each additional affix has a 1/XXX probability, which makes 6-affix rings incredibly rare.

14 dex is also 70AR.

You can change the argument around a bit for ww sins too.

For sins, 1 dex = 0.75%ED + 5AR + 3 equivalent life.
