isn't cold stack the best since cold sorcs are the ones that have large -%? fire is no worries, light is not much of a worry if you've a fair bit stacked unless someone has conviction

raven is a thing. there are better places to stack your cold res than in the ring slots

~4-6k tops depending on what someone will pay.

The stats it has are nice., but to be 10k+ it needs str or that cold need to be all res or lightning.

You plaed PvP? Baba has low light stacks VS assa. Normaly need 20-40light stacks adds. 5fhr-11scs.

If you have stacks un ring nn scs and more dmg/Life scs

It's all about maximizing utility, and many of those chars also have -to res.
