Could give a fuck sideways what kind of inventory/gear/top barb he has. If he has shown enough proof for OP, then sure, fine, sell away for 10k. I was just recommending use of a med to prevent a potential scam since he is a brand new acct, with 100 posts and 300 fg.

If you put Ed and Max in anything other than a wep, the Ed only applies to the min DMG.

bugged if not put in a weapon. rendering it almost completely useless. hopefully they'll fix it but i havent seen any blue posts about it.

Another vouch for death88 here. He doesn't use jsp much but he'll get the fg instantly if he wins, no worries

When ED on a jewel is paired with min or max damage, the ED only applies to the overall damage of the opposite of what is on the jewel.

So a ED / max jewel will give ED to the minimum damage of the char, but only apply the ED to the max damage of the jewel and not the overall char.

So basically having the max damage cuts the ED in half.. if your min and max were the same.

This effect doesn’t happen if socketed in a wep… but that’s uncommon.

I’m annoyed blizz didn’t fix it with D2R.


More of an example….

I had a 30 Ed / 10 minimum jewel and a 28ed jewel (with other stats) that I did the math on.

On a paladin with fanaticism, using ebotdz, the 30ed / 10 minimum jewel was 1% worse than 28% Ed alone.

Yeah iirc the opposite is also true, max makes ED only apply to min, etc.

I thought they'd have fixed that.
