very true, but the odds of any random 5 stat ring are exactly that low! its not good just because its rare. rolling 1 str, 1 dex, fcr, 1ll and 1ml is very very rare, but doesn't make it any good.
the reason I said "low" 5 point is because with 1 AR less it already drops to 4.5 point, and with 3% CR less it drops to only 4 points.
with the 1 point for AR being 100 to 120, its closer to 1/2 a point then to the full point, and the same goes for the cold resist.

still, it seems to be a good BVC ring, that probably has some value, I think you should sell it to Bultraaa for 10k :)
